Hi, My name is John Paul Jacinto

I am a Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in eLearning development, frontend web development, and customer support. I have created interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360, including quizzes, assessments, and scenario-based modules designed for effective learner engagement. I have also built responsive websites using HTML and CSS during my college years, turning designs into functional and user-friendly pages. In addition, I have worked as a call center agent, managing email and chat support and handling customer inquiries.
